Solvere Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") recognizes that the appropriate handling of users' personal information is an important social responsibility in providing services including our AI interview tools and direct recruiting platform.

The Company complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other relevant laws and regulations, and establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") to handle personal information lawfully and appropriately.

This Policy applies when you use or intend to use the Company's services. Please also refer to any separate provisions regarding the handling of personal information in individual services.

Article 1: Definitions

The definitions of terms used in this Privacy Policy shall be in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other relevant laws and regulations.

The Service refers to all services provided by the Company, including AI interview tools and recruitment support platforms. Users refer to corporations or individuals who use, apply to use, or consider using the Service.

Article 2: Personal Information Collected

The Company collects the following information, including users' personal information, through lawful and fair means in providing the Service.

Identity Verification and Basic Attributes

  • Name, date of birth, gender, address, phone number, email address
  • User ID, password, SNS account information
  • Educational background, work history, qualifications, skills, awards/disciplinary actions, and other recruitment-related information
  • Corporate account information (contact person name, department, title, contact details, etc.)
  • Identity verification documents such as driver's license, residence certificate

Interview and Selection Data

  • Transcribed interview responses, audio signals, video
  • Messages, scout notifications, application history, evaluation results exchanged through the Service

Usage and Behavioral Information

  • Cookie ID, device identifier, IP address, location information
  • Access logs, browser information, language settings, operation history, search history
  • Job posting viewing history, application status, scout send/receive history, open status
  • Payment method and payment status related to service usage

Information from External Services and Third Parties

  • ID and profile information obtained from linked external services
  • Selection progress, job offer information, expected start date, working conditions provided by partner companies or hiring companies

Other

  • Information provided by users through inquiry forms, customer support, etc.
  • Information provided when participating in seminars, events, campaigns
  • Other information collected as necessary for service provision and operation

Article 3: Purpose of Use

The Company uses the collected personal information for the following purposes.

  • Service Provision and Member Management:Provision of the Service, registration, identity verification, login authentication, account management, billing and payment operations
  • Matching and Recruitment Support:Matching between candidates and companies, scout delivery, application management, progress sharing
  • AI Interview Analysis and Accuracy Improvement:AI analysis of interview audio, video, and response data to improve interview evaluation accuracy
  • Fraud Prevention and Security:Prevention, investigation, and response to false registration, impersonation, fraud, unauthorized access, etc.
  • Service Improvement and New Feature Development:Functional improvement through analysis of service usage and behavioral history
  • Advertising and Marketing:Product and service announcements through email newsletters, DM, and advertising delivery
  • Analysis and Statistical Processing:Creation and analysis of statistical data in a form that does not identify individuals
  • Inquiry Response:Responding to questions, complaints, consultations, and support requests from users
  • Terms Changes and Important Notices:Notification of changes to terms of service, privacy policy, etc.
  • Legal Compliance and External Provision:Reports and notifications based on laws and regulations

Article 4: Provision to Third Parties

1. Basic Rules

The Company will not provide personal data to third parties (including those outside Japan) without the consent of the individual, except as provided by law.

2. Third-Party Provision Based on Consent and Purposes

The Company may provide personal data to third parties within the scope necessary for the following purposes after obtaining prior consent from users.

  • Hiring companies and partner companies: For smooth recruitment activities
  • Advertising distributors: For interest-based advertising delivery and effectiveness measurement
  • Research and academic institutions: For service improvement, surveys, and research
  • Group companies and joint operators: For joint service operation

3. Provision to Contractors

The Company may outsource the handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use, and may provide personal data to contractors accordingly.

4. Legal Provisions

The Company may provide personal data without the consent of the individual when required by the provisions of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other laws and regulations.

Article 5: Use of Information Collection Modules

The Company uses information collection modules to analyze service usage and measure advertising effectiveness.

Main information collection module used: Google Analytics (provided by Google LLC)

Opt-out: Users can refuse data collection by Google Analytics by installing the opt-out add-on provided by Google.

Article 6: External Service Integration

The Company may integrate with external services to provide the Service and improve convenience. Additionally, we may use AI systems provided by OpenAI Inc. to transmit, summarize, propose, organize, and extract input data.

Article 7: Security Measures

The Company takes necessary and appropriate security measures to prevent leakage, loss, and damage of personal information handled, and strives to protect customers' personal information.

  • Organizational Security Measures:Establishment of internal regulations on personal information protection and management system including appointment of responsible personnel
  • Human Security Measures:Education and training for employees and thorough enforcement of handling rules
  • Physical Security Measures:Management of employee entry/exit and restriction of electronic devices and recording media
  • Technical Security Measures:Appropriate access control and prevention of unauthorized access including encryption

Article 8: User Disclosure of Personal Information

Users may request notification of the purpose of use, disclosure of personal information and third-party provision records, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of provision to third parties regarding personal information held by the Company.

A fee of ¥1,000 per request will be charged for notification of purpose of use or disclosure requests.

Article 9: Anonymized and Pseudonymized Information

The Company creates anonymized information or pseudonymized information processed in a form that does not identify individuals from the collected personal information, and uses it for purposes such as service improvement, new feature development, and marketing material creation.

Article 10: International Transfer of User Information

When the Company provides personal information to third parties located in foreign countries as necessary for service provision and operation, we will take necessary and appropriate measures required by law in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information before providing such information.

Article 11: Compliance with Laws and Regulations

The Company complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other relevant laws and regulations, guidelines established by the Personal Information Protection Commission, and this Privacy Policy, and handles personal information lawfully and appropriately.

Article 12: Changes to Privacy Policy

The Company may change this Privacy Policy as necessary. However, for changes that require user consent under law, we will obtain prior consent through methods determined by the Company.
